  • After you complete the form, you can close the window/tab and return to this page to complete Step 2.

2. Rates

  • $300 for regular participants

  • $100 for partners. Fees include two luncheons, two evening meals, a film screening, and any other special events

3. Payment

    • You will be redirected to another page to pay. There will be a $5 online processing fee (it will appear as a “shipping” charge).
  • Pay via mailed check
    • Mail a printed copy of your printed registration and a check payable to NALS 2018.

4. Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirming your registration within 24 hours, as well as a copy of the registration information you submitted.

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation of your registration becomes necessary, you may contact Dr. Gwen Westerman at the above address, email at or fax at (507) 389-5362. Cancellations must be made by February 15, 2017. A $10 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference or who cancel after February 15, 2017 are responsible for the entire registration fee.
